RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. OVERVIEW
We want you to love your Late Drop purchase. If something isn't right, please read this policy carefully before reaching out, it explains exactly what we can and cannot accommodate.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY WINDOW
We accept return requests submitted within 14 days of the delivery date confirmed by the carrier. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted, no exceptions.
Eligible for return: unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached, received within 14 days, or defective/wrong items sent.
Not eligible for return: worn, washed, or altered items; items with tags removed; sale or discounted items; items marked "final sale."
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (FINAL SALE)
The following are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances: items purchased during a promotional sale, items marked "Final Sale" at checkout, gift cards, and any item that has been worn, washed, stained, or damaged by the customer. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
4. HOW TO START A RETURN
Step 1: Email support@latedrop.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a reason.
Step 2: Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your request is approved.
Step 3: Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving your RMA. Items returned without an RMA will be refused and returned to sender.
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, manufacturer defect). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Late Drop is not responsible for items lost in transit during a return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card provider. We reserve the right to deduct a 15% restocking fee from any refund where the return is due to buyer's remorse (e.g., wrong size ordered, changed mind). Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion for items returned in a condition slightly different from when they were sent.
7. EXCHANGES
We offer size exchanges only, subject to availability. If your desired size is out of stock, we will issue store credit. To request an exchange, follow the same return process and specify the replacement size in your email.
8. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, contact us at support@latedrop.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped. To cancel, email support@latedrop.com immediately with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled the standard return process applies.
10. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks on delivered orders will be disputed and reported. Late Drop reserves the right to refuse future orders from customers who initiate fraudulent disputes.
11. POLICY CHANGES
Late Drop reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the website. It is the customer's responsibility to review this policy before making a purchase.
